Molded Unweighted Triangle Form

Our Triangle Breast Form is molded in the USA of top quality, natural looking and feeling Foam. The flat back fills in where more tissue has been lost and makes it ideal after double surgeries and for casual wear.

The upper extension replaces missing tissue in the upper chest wall. This form may be worn on the left or right side and is hand washable.
