All of our Silicone Forms are water proof and include cotton/spandex covers and a 2- year manufacturer’s warranty. Forms may be returned for exchange, credit or full refund. We offer the popular Comfort-Lite Form, 50% lighter than regular silicone forms, plus a full size range of silicone forms in both light and dark colors, in 3 popular shapes. Also, Exercise Forms to blend with all complexions and a Hollow-Back Shell to use after lumpectomy or reconstruction. Softer feeling forms are available in our Non-Nippled Triangle and Teardrop shapes for women who prefer a more mature drape. All of our breast forms are covered by Medicare.
