These Discontinued items include wigs, hats, turbans, head scarves and jewelry, sold as Final Sale. They may not be returned because of the extremely low prices--up to 60% off-- at which they are discounted. The only exceptions to this policy are the Wigs, which may be returned for Exchange only.
