All of our Silicone Forms are water proof and include cotton/spandex covers and a 2 year manufacturer’s warranty. Forms may be returned for exchange, credit or full refund. If you are covered by Medicare, TLC will take care of filing for reimbursement on your behalf. We offer a full size range, in both light and dark colors, in three popular shapes, with and without nipples. We also offer a lightweight form, two colorless Swim/Exercise forms to blend with all complexions, and a shell that evens out after lumpectomy or reconstruction. Softer forms are available in our non-nippled Triangle and Teardrop shapes for women who prefer a more mature drape.
